Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded if they have not yet been dispatched. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: There are multiple shipping options that customers may choose from at check out, which have varying prices. Shipping cost also depends on the country your order will be shipped to.

Flat Items:
UK - £1-£3.05
Europe -  £2.50-£7.90
Global -  £2.50-£7.90

Small Items:
UK - £1.55-£5.20
Europe - £3.25-£9.80
Global -  £3.50-£11.70

Processing Times:
Orders are shipped in batches weekly. meaning the processing time on all orders is between 1-7 days.
All orders are shipped from the UK.
'PRE-ORDER' Items will be dispatched on or around the date stated in each specific pre-order release.

Shipping Times:
Shipping times vary depending on the type of shipping selected at checkout. Please read the shipping information at checkout carefully. If you have already ordered, but forgot which shipping option you selected, please feel free to contact us via the contact page to inquire about shipping times.

Shipping Time:
UK - 1-3 Business Days
Europe - 3-5 Business Days
Global - 6-7 Business Days

Q: My Order Arrived Incorrect 

A: As this store is run in its entirety by one person, it is possible that an item may be falsely inserted into your order. In this case, please contact and attach a photo to [email protected] and if validated, your order will be corrected at no extra cost. A discount code MAY also be provided as compensation for any inconvenience!

*We have the right to deny any claims that we believe to be fraudulent. Fradulent claims can be extremely damaging to small businesses in not only cost but also time. Thank you for your understanding.

ORDER RETURNED TO SENDER
If your order was returned to us due to incorrect address or parcel left uncollected, you will be contacted to choose between two options:
- We can send you an invoice for another shipping attempt and reship your order.
- We can provide a refund minus shipping and packging fee (a partial refund).

FRIENDLY REMINDER
This store is run in its entirety by one person. This includes shipping. Please be aware that there may be potential delays in shipping and email responses due to illness or other personal reasons. If the processing times are not satisfactory, please rest assured that you can cancel your order before it is dispatched. 
Once your parcel has been dispatched, it is under the responsibility of the courier and out of my control. Please contact your courier for any issues during transit.
