REFUND POLICY
Refunds are unfortunately unavailable UNLESS the item(s) was damaged or lost during shipping (with tracked shipping).
The order will also not be able to be refunded if damaged after arrival. If your order is damaged or missing, please contact us via the contact page.
Refunds are also not available for incorrectly input delivery addresses. If you input your address incorrectly, see FAQ.
CANCELLATION
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been dispatched.
Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be cancelled.

BEFORE ORDERING
Please double check that your items and address are correct before checkout.
Refunds will be denied if the address or order was input incorrectly. By placing your order, you are confirming that the address and items are correct*

CHARGEBACKS
Disputes filed through PayPal and credit card companies are harmful to small businesses, not only in cost but also time. Please make sure you have read and understood the terms and conditions before placing your order.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help you in accordance with our policies. If a chargeback is issued against this sites policies, it will be considered as evidence of the buyer's fraud/scam-like behavior and you will be blacklisted from the store.
TRACKING
Both tracked and untracked shipping options are provided at checkout to provide customers with a more afforable service. However, TRACKED SHIPPING IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Lost, untracked orders will not be refunded (some exceptions may apply) as once dispatched, the order is out of our control. If your untracked parcel is lost, please contact your courier.
